1. Lay the t-shirt flat on a clean surface and smooth out any wrinkles.
2. Cut off the sleeves of the t-shirt along the seam, creating two openings.
3. Cut the neckline to widen it for easier access.
4. Turn the t-shirt inside out and sew or tie the bottom hem closed (if sewing, use a straight stitch).
5. Turn the t-shirt right side out again.
