Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Measure and cut the reclaimed wood planks to desired lengths for the top, legs, and support beams.
2. Sand all the cut edges and surfaces of the wood to remove any rough spots.
3. Assemble the bench top by aligning the planks side by side and securing them with wood screws and wood glue.
4. Create the legs by attaching the support beams to the ends of the bench top using screws and ensuring they are level.
5. Attach additional support beams underneath for stability.
6. Sand down any rough edges or surfaces again after assembly.
7. Stain or paint the bench to your desired finish and allow it to dry completely.
8. Optionally, seal the wood with a protective finish for durability, especially if it's going outdoors.
