Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prepare the reclaimed fence boards by sanding them thoroughly to remove splinters and rough edges.
2. Cut or assemble the fence boards to create a flat backing approximately 24 inches wide and 12 inches tall.
3. Optionally, apply wood stain or paint to the backing for a finished look; allow to dry completely.
4. Apply a clear polyurethane finish to protect the wood if desired; let dry.
5. Position the stainless steel serving trays on the wooden backing where you want them mounted, leaving space between trays and edges.
6. Using a drill, attach the trays securely to the wood with wood screws, ensuring the screw heads do not interfere with the tray surface.
7. Attach wall mounting hardware (such as D-ring hangers or French cleats) to the back of the wooden backing.
8. Use a level to mark the desired wall location and hang the organizer securely.
9. Place keys, mail, or decorative items in the trays to keep your space organized and stylish.
