Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Stretch the balloon by inflating it a few times and then letting the air out.
2. Insert the funnel into the balloon's neck.
3. Gradually pour flour or cornstarch into the balloon through the funnel until it's about 3/4 full.
4. Carefully remove the funnel and tie the balloon tightly to seal.
5. Shape the balloon gently to distribute the filling evenly and create a rounded jellyfish body.
6. Use scissors to cut several lengths of ribbon or yarn to serve as tentacles.
7. Attach the tentacles by tying them around the neck of the balloon or gluing them securely.
8. Decorate the jellyfish by drawing eyes and other features on the balloon with permanent markers.
9. Let the squishy rest for a few hours to settle before playing with it.
